We started out managing our own MHPs, which grew as we started managing our Clients’ MHPs also. This evolved into CCI Property Management, designed specifically to serve the needs of our Clients. We have developed a MHP Management System over the years and the 37+ MHPs that we own ourselves, or manage for our clients.
Our low-cost approach keeps the expenses down for the property owner, but encompasses all aspects of running a successful MHP. We hire, train and manage the Managers & Maintenance Staff. CCI’s professional Property Management Department specializes in what we call “VALUE ENHANCEMENT,” not just making the parks run smoothly, but increasing their profit and cash flow (more money for you), and as the result, increasing the property’s value. We have numerous MHPs for sale right now, in California and out of state, large and small and everything in between. Some offer seller financing. Some are producing fantastic cash flow right now.
