We started out managing our own MHPs, which grew as we started managing our Clients’ MHPs also. This evolved into CCI Property Management, designed specifically to serve the needs of our Clients. We have developed a MHP Management System over the years and the 37+ MHPs that we own ourselves, or manage for our clients. Our low-cost approach keeps the expenses down for the property owner, but encompasses all aspects of running a successful MHP. We hire, train and manage the Managers & Maintenance Staff. Others look at the exceptional cash flow (the checks they’re getting each month), and the ease of operation (thanks to CCI Property Management), and elect to keep the properties forever and just enjoy the cash flow.
